5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Kailash Kalamkari is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are governed by our No Return & No Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us at our official email address with:
